本公司生產(chǎn)的FFU系列風(fēng)機(jī)過濾器單元是采用國內(nèi)新技術(shù)，適用于在100000-1000級環(huán)境中獲得100級的潔凈環(huán)境，它為不同尺寸大小、不同潔凈度等級的潔凈室、微環(huán)境提供高質(zhì)量的潔凈空氣。廣泛應(yīng)用于潔凈室、潔凈工作臺(tái)、潔凈生產(chǎn)線、組裝式潔凈室和層流罩等應(yīng)用場合。高科技、人性化的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件系統(tǒng)，可以通過一臺(tái)單獨(dú)的中央計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，對多達(dá)7905臺(tái)的FFU進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，同時(shí)也可以根據(jù)顧客要求來設(shè)計(jì)額外的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。特別適合于組裝成超凈生產(chǎn)線，可根據(jù)工藝需要布置為單臺(tái)使用，也可將多臺(tái)串聯(lián)形成100級流水裝配線
